Every patient should be treated as an individual. physician practicing focus on the art of science should focus on the patient and their illness, suffering. communication and empathy, humor plays a role in physician practice, it provides skills and knowledge through experience. Health care is a multidisciplinary work by transforming health and getting experience by work. It is a link between body, spirit, and mind. evidence-based art practice supports health care and wellness. As a health professionals safety of the patient and partnership in work fulfill the practice. The health care system should ensure the quality of life of the people. Due to the increasing number of an aging population and their chronic conditions increase the higher economic burden and demand for health care system, it increases the cost of federal and state governments to maintain medicare and Medicaid program and it increases out of pocket costs for the elderly population. Health care services tied with economic support and cost of care. There is a great resource demand it increases the physical and mental disability. a growing aging population and increasing their health illness and barrier for health care service due to economic burden connect the art of science, business and political together.
