Quality improvement

I have chosen this topic because i feel that healthcare is the field that require continuous quality improvement for better client outcomes.

Quality improvement is the very important topic in health and nursing field. As the healthcare is associated with fhe continuous enhancement of quality of services as per client's requirements this topic needs to be well understood and explained.

In order to include this topic that is quality improvement in my practice i will pay attention at providing patient centered care by including evidence based practice that would promote good quality and positive patinet outcomes. Moreover, some major aspects that i would include as part of improved quality of services are effective communication, therapeutic relationship, technological advancements, and partnership wokring.
