Look here it is not an answer but it is only a perspective of seeing this by different attitude...according to me as an epidemiologist they have to focus on preventing intervention more..but look they have to first identify the cause in defined population and have to gather the data from there...so it's Little difficult to say about their role...but according to me if preventive interventions looked as more focused it will be more helpful for community....thank you
