Heart disease:
Health promotion
-Daily and regular physical activity lower the risk of heart disease by controlling weight and other conditions like hypertension, diabetes, etc.
Specific protection:
- avoid tobacco, smoking, and alcohol and manage the stress and limit sugar-sweetened and saturated fat in the diet
early detection:
-Make early screening for cholesterol, diabetes, blood pressure to find the risk factors
Disability limitation:
-Manage the condition like diabetes, cholesterol and chronic illness with regular medication follow-up to avoid damage to the blood vessels and nerves in the heart.
Rehabilitation:
-Cardiac rehab improves heart health with a heart attack and other cardiac surgery. counseling control stress and help protect the heart from further damage.
