Lithium can greatly alter thyroid function by ceasing its production.

So it is a must to monitor the thyroid and renal function

SSRI can lead to rhabdomyolysis, arrhythmia,respiratory failure,renal failure

TCA can lead to cardiac and neurological problems

MAOis needs neurological problems
