Simulation : Simulation is a process of imitation. Also considered as experiential learning i.e. artificially creating a life situation.
Severe Necrotizing Pancreatitis :
Consider a situation where patient came to hospital with deep epigastric pain which is radiating , nausea and vomiting and has drunk.He is with tachycardia, hypotension,feveretc.

This treatment method closes fistulas and also treats Pseudocyst.

chest tube falling out is an emergency and immediate applying of pressure is necessary over the chest.
5. Patient scenario where chest tube therapy can be placed.
Patient presented to the emergency department with severe vomitings,tachycardia and fever. Physician ordered for chest tube therapy.
This can be placed in between the ribs and in to the space between inner and outer linings of the chest cavity.
