• Presence of a very high protein in the urine is an indicator of renal dysfunction which can cause high blood pressure and lead to early labor and problems to the fetus.In order to prevent this the baby is delivered by 35 weeks of pregnancy.
• A very high level of blood glucose levels resulting in ketoacidosis is dangerous to mother and fetus. To prevent the mother from its effects and as a curative procedure immediate labor is recommended, so that the glucose levels falls within normal limits and saves the women
• Elevated levels of bilirubin level is a sign of hemolysis, HELLP and suggested for labor
• Hematuria in the urine
• Presence of leukocyte esterace and nitrates is a sign of infection, in order to prevent pre term labor delivery at 35 weeks is done

6. The urine color can be from pale yellow to dark amber in color besides drinking adequate water or fluids and this is normal and nothing to worry unless it is associated with other symptoms requiring tte provider to further investigate and treat a patient.
