Her mother has experienced reduced bone density related to osteoporosis. Her father recently had a successful double bypass procedure, and also has an implanted pacemaker. Her parents do walk together in the evenings, however. Isabella also has one sister (age 29) who was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Medical History This client recently had a complete physical with blood analysis. Examination revealed the following information about this client: Resting HR: 54 Total cholesterol: 161 mg/dl Triglycerides: 94 mg/dl Fasting blood glucose: 78 mg/dl ECG: Normal Resting BP: 98/58 HDL cholesterol: 58 mg/dl Body fat: 20% VO2max: 49.5 ml/kg/min Present/Past Conditions Patient suffered a grade Il ankle sprain related to participation in volleyball at the age of 20. Patient was also diagnosed with a mild generalized anxiety disorder for which she occasionally takes a .5 mg dose of Xanax, as needed. Behavior and Risk Assessment Isabella is a former collegiate volleyball player who works as a high school teacher. She does 30- 60 minutes of Yoga before work, 5 days per week. She completes a 45-minute circuit training workout 5 nights per week in the evenings. She has a diet that is part-time balanced, and part- time keto; and free of GMO's.
