Answer: It is important to be prepared to handle disaster. For the medical records, it is important that it should be saved in the PHR. The patient can easily have access on their health history and medical records. These information should be saved on the PHR and patient can easily retrieve it. In the case of disaster, these information can be recovered by electronic means. Online portal have own password and data. These can be used for accessing the medical records. The backup of all the medical records should be made on the cloud computing services.
