Your organisation provides services for people with depression. You have collected feedback from a number of consumers who have used the organisation’s services. The feedback has indicated that whilst the needs of older people with depression are being met, consumers in their teens do not feel like their needs are being met. What should you do? Depression signs and symptoms are similar at any age so differences in the care is not acceptable from an organization which specializes in caring for them.Some of the ways to meet the needs of consumers who are in teenage categories are

• First identify the actual problem by conversing with the teens and knowing their demands ,then convey this to the staffs who are caring for
• Conduct the educational programs,seminar weekly in order to gain knowledge and be up to date
• Ensure the staffs are maintaining a therapeutic relationship with the teens because communication plays a key role in identifying and rectifying their problems
• Provide a friendly environment with them and encourage parents to take part actively in the care
• Assess and provide all the basic needs of the teens are met so that they donot feel they are deprived of something
• Ensure cognitive, behavioural therapy ,social therapy ,activities to feel them relaxed and regain confidence and come 9ut 9f depression
