a) pre renal​​- dehydration leads to decrease in the perfusion and leads to decrease in glomerular filtration rate.

b)intra renal - vancomycin.drug produces toxicity to the kidney,leads to acute kidney injury.

c)pre renal - stenosis of renal artery.,renal artery get narrowed and blood flow to the kidney get decreased, perfusion also decreased.

d)post renal - calculi or kink in ureters or catheters.because stone formation occurs in ureter,it is a post renal

e)post renal - benign prostate hyperplasia because prostate get hypertrophy leads to obstruction in the urine flow.

f)intra renal - vasculitis.vascular region gets inflammation and leads to decrease in filtration rate.
