Answer ; Does the resident seem to enjoy the device ?

Reason ; In the given question, there are some sets of options with differnt questions that are basically formed to identify a device that is a physical restraint. All the question are meant to analyse a device that has the properties of physical restraint except that the above mentioned question, because the device would not cause any pleasure to the resident.
