• While Dorothy is preparing to make an injection, she should need to have a good conversation with the child, that would divert the child mind from the anxiety about pain, while she had a talking or any diverting activity combined with her mother should would started to insert the needle in a soft and kind manner. It is advised to follow the
  Z-Track steps while doing these procedure.

• Aspiration is not needed in this case of injection. Because Dorothy had chosen a site where there is less and deep supply of blood vessels and it is not really possible to puncture the vessels. The other reason to avoid aspiration cause it lead to experience more pain while doing that.
