Answer #1

Answer: The shock is a condition where there is insufficient supply of the blood to the peripheral tissue. The requirements of oxygen and nutrients are not fulfilled and hence causes shock. There could be various causes of the shock such as hemorrhage, increased heart rate, reduced blood pressure etc. The insufficient amount of blood lead to insufficient supply of nutrients and causes heart to exert more work or pressure leads to shock. The numbness, sweaty hands and feets are symptoms of shock. Hypoxia occurs in the case of shock as most of the tissues didn't get sufficient amount of oxygen and nutrients.
