Topical pattern is a widely practiced format in writing and speaking followed by most of them .It is a simplest way having a heading with sub topics related to the main heading

Chronological pattern ,the word itself refers to time, period or certain duration.The pattern will be in form of days ,weeks,years,decades or in century.

Spatial pattern in simple refers to description based on the the physical space or location .It is generally organized in accordance to the space and conveyed.

Causal pattern is a form in which there is a cause and effect based on the conversation, speech or a topic.

Monroe's Motivated sequence is a step by step approach where first attention is grabbed, then the need is assessed, framing a plan and solution for it which should be giving a satisfaction ,this should be able to give a visualization of how well the plan and finally the action is done.
