the donabedian model uses three types of measures in quality work to examine health services and evaluate quality care. The information gathered are from three measures: structure, process, and outcomes. Define and describe the differences between each and provide an example of each.

The donabedian model , is a conceptual model that act as a framework for examining health services and evaluating quality of health care.It has 3 categories: structure, process, outcomes.
▪Structure describes the content in which care is delivered , including hospital, building, staff, equipment
▪Process denote transaction or interaction between patients and health care providers
▪ Outcomes refers to effect of health care on health status of patients and populations .
For example:
If a patient is admitted in a hospital with a disease;
¤ The structure according to donabedian model include ;how the care is organised? That is , the staff, equipment, hospital building etc through which the patient is cared during his hospital stay.
¤ The process of donabedian model describes;what is done? What happen in medical interaction? the interaction between staffs of various department to improve the health of the patient, the investigation and examination carried out for proper diagnosis and treatment.
¤ The outcome refers to ; what happens to the patient with quality care? End result of health care practices and interventions; is it morbidity, mortality or a satisfaction by proper recovery.

Discuss the relationship between health care regulation compliance and quality management. Demonstrate the quality management tools that could be used as process control techniques to support compliance efforts. Select two (2) quality management tools (e.g., control charts, Pareto charts, fishbone diagrams). Provide a visual example for each tool selected, and, in an executive summary for the CEO and Board of Directors, describe how each tool can be used to inform internal policies, processes, and organizational structure decision making.

Be sure to state those characteristics fully. 2.Some models are deterministic while others are stochastic. Discuss two key differences between deterministic models and stochastic models. Then further demonstrate your understanding of these two different kinds of models by providing an example of a stochastic model including at least two input variables and an example of a deterministic model including at least two input variables. 3.Every linear program/linear...
