Answer: The renal failure can be defined as the improper functioning of the kidney which is sudden in the case of acute renal failure. In chronic renal failure the kidney gets damaged and hence it can not be recovered.

• Anaphylactic shock.

The data that should be included in a complete urinary system assessment are:

• Patient medical history such as any medications.
• Health status and eating habits of patient
• Fluid intake
• Voiding the bladder
• Quality and quantity of the urine.
