ADT messages keep patient demographic and visit information synchronized across healthcare systems. The message carry information about the patient such as Name, Age, and Address etc. This also contain details about the hospital visit, name of the consultant and where. This is a message send to denote what to be done next. This message ADT A01 is the request for admission of Mr John Johnson.

            The trigger event in this message is to Admit (ADT A01) Mr John Johnson.
