a, Salmonella spices is a common food borne virus due to
contaminated food, because it is most common in aurope countires
due to consumption of animal origin,meat, egg , milk and poultry
which is most common in surope countires. i have expeirnced food
borne illness when consumed the meat and some milk product and had
very symptoms like diarrhea, vomiting, pain abdomen, fever and it
made me into severe dehydration. In the hospital, they replaced
fluid and electrolytes to regain hydration. fear of food is called
cibophobia. it has a link with an eating disorder, for example,
some people afraid of perishable food like mayonnaise and nearly
expiry date food, when food is cooked by others. some people
suffering from anorexia and eating disorder mistakenly they say it
as a phobia. only trained clinicians can identify the phobia of
food among people.
b, In 1990 nearly 45 of 123 low and middle-income countries
suffered from malnutrition. World health organization(WHO) effort
in nutrition as a part of health and development improves infant,
child, pregnant mother health. it solves maternal nutrition anemia,
vitamin A deficiency, protein-energy malnutrition, etc. It further
has a global target in 2025 to 2030 to meet the food security needs
towards global nutrition. Protein-energy malnutrition is a major
burden in developing countries. multisectoral programs will be
effective to solve these issues. WHO faces issues when there is a
high rate of anemic and cardiac failure cases and a combination of
transfusion and diuresis. At home adults in low income and chronic
disease like diabetes, heart disease and cancer has a higher risk
for food safety. It causes nutritional poor diet, obesity, and
difficulty in managing diet-related chronic conditions. we work as
a volunteer for people with adequate nutrition and food and healthy
living. we identify a lack of food security and have a concern in
access to a healthy diet through community programs and in
hospitals.
