1) There are many factors that contribute to the increase in morbidly in childrens:
vaccination: many parents will not give proper vaccinations as per schedule to their childrens which is an important factor for increased morbidly rate. Vaccines protects all children from illness and death.
various diseases like polio, TB, other immunity problems are the outcomes of denial of vaccination.
Emerging priorities for children health: congenital abnormalities, injuries and communicable diseases are the emerging priorities that global child health agenda suggests.
Denial of this can become a global disease burden due to the disease affecting in child.
Sustainable devolopment goal: un acceptance of the SDGs adopted by united nation in 2015 inorder to promote healthy life and well being of children, will be a factor for increased morbidity in childrens.
2) According to the emergency medical treatment and labour act it requires all the doctors and medical facilities to see a patient who is suffering from a medical emergency or is in labour even if the patient has no ability to pay the bill. Same time health care professionals have full rights to deny treatment for various reasons, they can’t refuse to treat a patient with serious life threatening health issues and cannot pay the bill.
