a, The first alternative is to make an occupied bed , which requires more than one person. The second alternative is to transfer the client from bed to strectcher,which requires three to four nurses. The third alternnative is to move the client to one side of the bed, which requires two nurses to perform.The fourth alternative is to assist the client to shift from bed to chair.
