In what way is good health fundamentally a public good. In what way is it a private one and should we be spending more or less on public health?

Private practice in many field like community,school,workplace,clinics can improve community access to medicare..It builds trust and commitment..private health care will more or less time spending gives more good for people,it will not limited by public budget to avoid expensive care ,it has more incentives to provide better service than government policies..private sectors more spending reduce the burden of government spending by reduce the tax rates..National health service increase the role of private sectors to fulfill the demands..Private provision complemented by government program like medicare and medicaid to fulfill the population..
