To improve the current health care system need to give better care better health and lower cost develop system for care management and coordination. Create high safety , high reliability health care organisations and also work with a collaborative leadership.Quality in health care means providing care when the patients needs in an affordable safe and effective manner.As the length of life an number of older persons increase health care services need to provide maximum support older persons.

Race,gender, sex , age, socioeconomic status and disability  contribute to individuals ability to achieve good health. The main goals to improve health care is avoid injuries to patient from care, respect patient , reduce waiting for both client and those who give care. policy in health care place an important role to guide expected outcomes and health to make decisions
