long term care is always a problem for the health professional to be being paid on time and not able to show much improvements because of the patients’ conditions, there is the importance of reimbursement, quality and ethics comes. Health professionals have to do their way best to make patient happy and enjoy every moment of life. The best thing about life is enjoying it completely. if health professional is able to make them enjoy their life by depending or by independently that’s the reimbursement you give to the client.

at this point of time quality of work automatically gets improves because of the empathy, health professional show towards the client. this how a health professional is supposed to work, at the same time work can be done with simply spending time with them, or not taking much care of them too because its along term care. But there comes the role of the ethics in this, ethically a health professional have to do whatever ways he can to satisfy the basic needs and independency of the client in every aspect of life, a health professional cant refuse that duty embossed upon him.
