• assessment:this is a plan of care that identifies the specific needs of a person and how those needs will be addressed by the health care system.ie; this is the evaluation of the health status by performing physical status after taking a health history.
• recognition:this is defind as the act of identifying something because of previous knowledge.eg:when you spot a familier facein the crowd who is someone you met before.

care:the term can be described as responsibility for or attention to health,well-being,and safety.eg:acute care,intensive care etc.

2B:a duty to act is a legal duty requiring a party to take necessary action to prevent harm to another person or to the general public.

• provide CPR.and if required take him to hospital as soon as posible.
• concent to treatment means a person must give permission before they recieve any type of medical treatment,test etc.the principles of consent is an important part of medical ethics and human rights.
