Hypercholestrolemia can cause kidney failure by deposition of cholesterol plaques in renal arteries and cutting blood supply to kidneys and hence loss of kidney function.

ckd can cause anemia as erythropoietin secretion by kidneys reduces which stimulates the production of RBCs

In ckd kidney loses its function in maintaining fluid balance causing hypervolemia which causes pulmonary hypertension and hence pleural effusion as a result of increased hydrostatic pressure in capillaries

Ckd patients have high uremic state which causes inflammation of arteries , increasing the risk of peripheral vascular disease.

ckd patients have increased level of phosphate which lead to calcification of mitral and aortic valve causing tricuspid, mitral and aortic valve in sufficiency

Ckd patients are in hypervolemia increasing heart load posing risk for congestive heart failure.
