The passages that get air into the air sac or bronchioles are called trachea.

The nasal chamber does the following to the air that comes in via inhalation . It warms ,filters and moisturize the incoming air .

The outer part of the tracheal tube is lined with connective tissue that binds the trachea with adjacent structures .

The ciliated epithelial tissue disappears while the epithelium changes from pseudostaratified coloumnar to cuboidal epithelium.
