This waiting period should be equal to all patients irrespective of the race, economic status, social background. The richer patient gets health services and procedures earlier. Poorer has to wait for a long time for getting treatment. This will affect the quality of life and average life expectancy. So the access to health care services provides equally to all patients on the basis of first come first services.
