The communication barrier may found that is physical disabilities, because hearing problem the patient is having.
So that patient is asking repeatedly what you asked repeate once again and say loudly like that.
So the deaf is one of the physical disability and communication barrier.

The nurse student used non verbal communication by facial expressions some times.
Because the client is having hearing problem, by expressions the client may able to understand what student is asking.
