New men's health product line means, by providing of health related nutrients and products maintainance of general well-being and prostatic health maintainance, and urinary and sexual health maintainance.

As a vice president of marketing I will organise the marketing function like:

* First he should need to prepare strategies or goals regarding the program like short term and long term goals or strategies.

* he should have to know the techniquea to create awareness and interest regarding program to the people.

* To creat demand and recognition of software corporation and it's products through the product monitoring, and creative services ,and through advertisements.

* He will maintain the strategic relationship, and events, and online marketing.

* by creating all these the vice president can organise the new marketing program.

There are so many obstacles

* there is a difficult to create competition.

* To secure enough budget.

* There is a difficulty to return on investment budget.

* there is a some difficulty in maintaining online or website advertisements.

* To identify the right technology according to the needs

* to give training for new team is difficult if they are not show interest.

* Need good talent.

These are some obstricles and challenges we seen in organizing the marketing function.

To make this program successful the needed persons are:

* target population or people.

* talent or creative persons.

* creative health care personals.

* management people.

* the people who have technological skills to improve marketing.

To evaluate the success and failure :

We will follow the SWAT analysis.

Like estimation of strengths and weaknesses.

Profits and benefits through budget planning.

And see the health status of the men's after providing products we will see the results whether they are improved or not.
