Answer: Although people are concerned with the physical health most of the population in the community suffers from mental health disorder. This can be of any type from slight mental illness like stress of major mood disorder. Although there are many ways and ideas provided by the healthcare professionals to prevent community from mental illness there is lack of awareness programs and education. This is one of the major reason that there is potential health consequences of gaps in service. The public health nurse can intervene the situation of the patients and the people about the level of mental illness and type of treatment that they must need.

Government is taking major steps to vanish the mental illness as well as any disorder. There are many counseling centres available for the patients. There are many grants available for the treatment of the patient and for improvement in the mental health services of the community.
