1)A four point walker can be used when tgere is weakness on both the lower extremity. This will enable the patient to put weight on the upper part of the body so that the workload on the legs Can be reduced

2)The can shoul be holded or positioned in the stronger side (right) always.Holding on stronger side will make the patient balance and prevents fall but if it is holdedbon left side the patient will not have a good grip and there are high chances of fall.

3)When using crutches during recovery and trying to stand hold the hand rest of chair with one hand and crutch handle in other hand.The patient can use the uninjured side for more power

4)Here the patient should use the stronger side if left leg is injured the right leg should be pivoted and the left leg should be brought little front while sitting.

5) when using a cane ,it has to be used on the opposite side of weakness or injury to support the other side.Here the patient should used left hand.
