If I was a risk manager at this hospital, things I would have done to keep the employee from suing; getting feedbacks from employees regularly, taking entry and exit interviews in the organization and finding why employees are leaving. I will make efforts to educate all hospital employees on preventative strategies, and for improving customer service. Establish certain standard coping strategies for managing medical disputes and malpractice lawsuits. Creating the compliance support center, deploying a specialized workforce along with the improved legal services for employees, and specialize the management-level tasks of the hospital.
