Among all the options given, the animal that is most likely to bite a human after cats and dogs is human.

The other animals like the skunk, fox and bat aren’t pet animals. They live in the wild and their distribution is also not uniform worldwide. The chances of them coming in contact with humans and biting them is rare when you compare with human bites. The number of cases due to various animal bites worldwide also supports this.

So my option here is humans.
