Every medical entity should be held accountable to accreditation standards as these standards are designed in partnership with all the stakeholders such as the; clinicians, policy makers, patients and families for ensuring to provide effective health services and overall value. Accountability only will ensure that all the concerned people are working towards the common goal of providing value to the services.
