Final concentration after reconstitution is 1000 mg/mL.

Further dilution makes 1000 mg/50ml which is 20mg/ml to infuse over 30 minutes.

We have to administer 200 mg and the concentration is 20mg/ml.

So, you will withdraw 10 mL from vial after reconstitution to deliver 200 mg IV.
