Planning and allocating resources is one of the skilful activities that must be there in the managerial level. The allocation has been made based on the previous year utilisation by the same resource in the same centre, along with the population of that area. There is always a gap can be seen in the needs and the availability of the resources, in this central distribution system. So, the central distribution can understand the need of the resources in more in particular area and its availability in the other area etc can be monitored very frequently. Another method is to tackle the same is make the distribution for one month like that then if the thing is more in a month can not need to be provided for the same area again. These will help to prevent the wastage of resources.
