As we are living in a globalization era or modernization and most of them are the sufferers of the chronic illness in the young age itself mainly such as cancer and other mutations. To protect the future generation from these hazards we need to change now itself by the development of some public health initiatives and make the public to be more alert regarding these hazards and we need a strong surveillance system.
As during this era, all are living in a business mind and they all need profit from their own area in any way by harming others knowingly or unknowingly. For eg: During the past decades the people use to drink safe water from their own home from the well or they approach the public tap. Nowadays no one is having the time to collect the water from their own area or tap. All are busy with their own schedules and they usually approach the shops for drinking water and as well as there is more usage of bottled water and more than that carbonated drinks and colas. For the taste, colour and preservation they used to add artificially agents that result from harm to the general population.
We need an effective surveillance system to control these adulterations for the profit and protect our general population. We have to go for a systematic assessment of the general population. This assessment monitors individuals for adverse health effects and determines the effectiveness of prevention strategies such as limited usage of these. We have to take public measures to take the adulteration of food and water. Thus we have to protect the population from being the sufferers of chronic diseases.
The various stakeholders who have to initiate the successful implementation of the programme are :
Government agencies
NGO's who are in the interest
General population
Funding agencies
Health organization etc

This was further complemented through reference harvesting, citation tracking, abstracts in conference programs, and author search, using Research Gate and Mendeley (see PRISMA Flowchart in Supplementary Figure S1 Checklist and list of studies reviewed in Table S1). We then removed duplicate and unrelated results. Finally,...
