Firstly stop the further medication. Then report to the ADRs team. Then it is advised to administer antihistaminics like pheniramine maleate either orally as tablet or as injection by IV depending on the situation and the intensity of the reaction of the drug.

Then the the incidence should be properly documented in the patient history for the future.
