The current event , where an organisation did not eliminate unnecessary interdependencies can be seen in the case of "Tata Motors " due to which various repercussions occured like that of delayed projects , slow production , costly raw materials , banned sales by the supreme court ,human resource related issues due to which "Tata Motors" had been continuously making loss for four consecutive years and has significantly lost its market share in both car and truck segments.
The various corrective actions were taken inorder to recover like fast tracking of delayed projects , lowering down of costs, temporary shutdown of aspirational projects , fastening the production process, and solving human resource related issues, and also skipping of the dividend by the company during that period, controlling of mismanagement.
Due to the above mentioned corrective actions the company revived from its lost market share and regained the number three position in passenger vehicles and is nearing 50 % market share in commercial vehicles .
