The government needs policymakers to provide financial and political support to have an effective government role in the public health system. Communication between federal, state and local level political leaders, Public sometimes Ineffective coordination, incomplete and inaccurate and lack of public safety personnel affected the government role in the public health system. Due to this weakness, the public health professional fails to address public health and needs. Government public health infrastructure is important for ongoing challenges to prevent public illness and monitoring safety. Lack of national health policy prevents health sector investment and government public health agency structure and functions and incentives for the public health system. this barrier makes a lack of government support for the Americal people's health and wellbeing.
