I.The nurses are considered the heart of medical professionals though there are high end professionals in this field.The main role of them are

• to receive the patient on admission, followed for admission protocol and involving the providers and start of the care for patients till the discharge of the patient after recovering
• to prepare the patients for procedures, surgeries etc.m
• Health educate the patient on the disease conditions and preventing it from contagious diseases
• Act as an advocate between the patient and the government in making healthcare policies
• Scanning the patient in case of any major abnormalities and informing to the provider
• Act as a patient educator in the community
• Takes active part in formulation of evidence based practices

II. Education always gives a person to grow in self and also help others with the knowledge which they have.Having a Bachelor's in Psychology has a greater scope in recent years due to the psychological problems encountered by an individual in day to day life.They have a wide opportunity in medical setup as well in the private organization. As the experience ,so the package of the nurse in the field .Being a behaviour therapist the scope extends to paediatric cases especially for example treating a child with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, adults having difficulty in doing daily activity due to their behaviour.Hence their contribution in healthcare and their demand are increasing day by day.
