Answer #1

Patient becomes anxious when their doubts are not cleared and when not attended at the right time.A matter of respecting others during conversation is very important to avoid unnecessary consequences. Here Reagan can a ask an excuse to Mrs.Evans and attend the call ,if the caller tends to or the conversation is too long ,inform the caller that he is attending a client and will call back the caller in sometime or on a short while in a generous way.Doing so will neither affect the caller nor Mrs.Reagan's self respect and dignity.
