I would put questionnaire to assess the attitude and compile the similarities/differences and knowledge deficit to organize a workshop and performe interviews and group activities so that the information is obtained in a non threatening environment and the nurses will be encouraged to participate in each of these 3 categories. Based on the new method system which will be the best to obtain this information.
