The above mentioned Role play ( that to be planned) is to teach the client about a heart- healthy diet and to give clarification about the dietary changes.

Heart- healthy diet
One of the major cause of death in the world is Cardiovascular diseases. Obesity and Hypertension also contributes to heart disease negatively. Heart- healthy diet is to be planned and implemented for the clients who are in risk of complication of heart disease to prevent death from cardiovascular disease and to improve the condition of the client.
One of the main purpose of heart - Healthy diet is to reduce the Body mas Index( BMI) to decrease the obesity related risks:
Controlling the portion size of different food groups is a part of heart - heathy diet to decrease the amount of food. Having large portion of whole grains ( wheat flour,Brown rice, oatmeal) and fruits and vegetables , lower portion of refined foods or high sodium contained food.
Fresh vegetables can be taken in the diet but not the fried veggies, canned fruit juice , sauces etc. Fish rich with omega3- fattyacid ( tuna,salmon etc) can be taken liberally in the diet but not the unhealthy fat containing foods like cream sauce, coconut and palm oil and butter. Avoid processed meat or red meat as well as sodium intake to reduce cholesterol and Hypertension.
Daily planned menu according to the DASH diet , excersises and relaxation methods can be beneficial for a heart to be healthy, to reduce Hypertension and BMI and to reduce the risk death by heart problems.

another concern might be timing and frequency of food( 4-5 times and a 4 cup of vegetables and fruit . Dryfruits, nuts and seeds can be added in the diet at least 5 times in a week. client should avoid any type of substance abuse like smoking and alcohol.
