3. Professional behaviours by an Interviewee

Interview is a official face to face meeting between interviewer and the interviewee. It is important that an Interviewee have to present with professional behaviours in front of an interviewer for the achievement of his Goal.

* on time and well dressed ad groomed

First impression is the best impression so one has to maintain punctuality and he has to dress and groom professionally well for an Interviewee

* Don't show disrespect towards interviewer ( in the ways of behaviour like chewing gum or by answering too casually)

* be confident in terms of your personality and the job

interviewee should be confident enough in his speech and his interest in the particular job. Body languages often reveals about the lack of confidence. Avoid twitching of hands and sigh. maintain eye contact.

* Avoid unnecessary details in the answer for Questions.

speak only when it is needed. don't open much of the personal details .

* behave professionally to everyone in the office

From the time an Interviewee arrive at the building entrance, he or she has to behave professionally, There may be a monitoring system for all the interviewees.

4. Tips for the resume, covering letter

* Avoid grammatical and spelling mistakes

* use a good format and font

* resume should be matched with the job profile

* resume should be attached with correct documents

New tips for thank you note

* Sincerely and genuinely say thank you to the interviewer for giving a situation to come and attend the interview

* Add any missed points during the interview that is of importance.

* state the fact that the you are interested and excited to be a part of the particular organization.

5. Importance of professionalism and body language : both are to be maintained well in performance of an interview. Body language often reveals anxiety and worry. Be humble and respectfull , stay calm, breath properly, smile whenever necessary.
