• Talk to her and identify any fear related to pregnancy ,because in case if a women is fearful with the procedures of antenatal visits,then she always wants a companion (spouse) for support and feeling the comfort zone
• Health educate about the antenatal care ,visits and the procedures to be carried out,this can make the women understand the care and be in compliance with the healthcare team
• Make her mingle with other pregnant women to gain a sense of confidence
• Health educate about the Labour process and the fruit of it (because just explaining labour can be a painful and anxious experience)
• Also educate her husband regarding the care ,this makes him to come out of any knowledge deficit and be clarified.
