There is a huge difference between the economic structure of US healthcare system and Africa and this wide difference is based on the development status of the country . Since US is a full fleshed developed country ,it has a well working health care system . But in case of Africa , it's different because a developing country and does not have that much finances to develop a well working healthcare system .
