What considerations are driving increased consumer and employer demand for advocacy support?
The consumers spend more of their wealth but get less quality care and service in the health care system. This happens because the consumers tries to navigate the services by themselves and by their means.
The health care receivers are not a match for the health care system that seems complex, inefficient and expensive and the employer who are providing the health insurance to their employees who has to pay the premium and the expenses on the medicines. Consumers and the employer are identifying the worth of the advocates who are working directly with the consumers and are supported by the members of the team of multidisciplinary teams/ system. The growing interest comes half from understanding that are bigger deductable recently in utilisation does not make the consumers largely thoughtful and entangled in using the healthcare resources wisely which the employers have already predicted and they just make the clients neglect the healthcare facilities including prevention of healthcare.
