Answer #1

Ans) Emergent usually happens when a patient seen in the emergency department is subsequently admitted to the hospital.

Here, Ms Valadez has chest pain where she will be first seen in emergency department then required to be admitted.

Hospital admissions occur when a doctor requests a bed be reserved for a patient on a specific day.

Country Hospital has a centralized registration format- which will be filled when Ms Veladez will be seen in emergency department then stabilized & may require Hospitalization so need to fill the centralized registration format.
